Reservations and Cancellations

Reservations can be made via our website or by calling our restaurant. We request that any cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. Nabe Hotpot reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for reservations canceled with less notice.

Food Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

Customers are responsible for informing the restaurant staff of any food allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of reservation or upon arrival. While we strive to accommodate all dietary needs, we cannot guarantee that our dishes will be free of allergens.

Payment Terms

All prices are listed in USD. Payments for services must be made at the time of service unless otherwise specified. We accept various forms of payment including cash, credit cards, and digital payment methods.

Gift Cards

Gift cards purchased from Nabe Hotpot are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift cards must be presented at the time of service and are valid until the expiration date stated on the card.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Nabe Hotpot and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Nabe Hotpot.

Limitation of Liability
